The Brand

She Care is a brand based out of Milan, Italy that creates functional and delicious food products that harness the power of superfoods to meet the energy, vitality and beauty needs of modern women. 

Their approach is based on the idea that food can be functional and contribute to overall well-being while providing a pleasant sensory experience at the same time. To achieve this goal, they select high-quality, natural and rich ingredients and combine them in balanced formulations that meet the needs of modern women.

The Target Audience

Women aged 35-50 years, who have health issues related to diet and lack the time for self-care. Women who are concerned about ageing, their physical appearance, lack of energy and motivation.

The Design Brief
  • Create packaging design for their products - Glow Fiber, C-Berry Splash, Butterme Soft and Lumina Oil.

  • The designs have to be financially feasible for a startup company

  • The designs have to be environmentally sustainable and eco-friendly

  • The designs have to be attractive and appeal to the target audience.

Mintel Trend Forecasting Report
Concept & Design Directions

After conducting trend analysis and thorough research, we developed conceptual design directions aimed at distinguishing various styles and highlighting prominent methods for presenting the products. The concepts were namely- Beauty Rx, Evolved Self Care and Keepin' It Real. 

These design proposals were presented to the client in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of their requirements and preferences. Subsequently, the final design direction was refined and confirmed based on their feedback and preferences. Keepin' It Real was the final choice for the design direction.

Packaging that leads to creating value through ingredient-led products. The pandemic drove the desire and adoption of at-home treatments as consumers didn’t want to sacrifice their beauty routines; rather, they wanted professional results they could perform themselves. 
As normalcy has returned, consumers will want the convenience and access that retailers can afford by offering more professional services. Thus, the packaging should convey a sense of
trust and build faith in the users.

Design for C-Berry Splash

Initially, a distinctive key visual was meticulously crafted for each product. Given that the product in question was

C-Berry Splash, a delightful Berry Mix, it was imperative that the imagery effectively conveyed the vibrant medley of ingredients that constitute this refreshing concoction. This meticulously designed key visual then took centre stage as the hero image adorning the product packaging.
